Baby and Toddler Yoga

Baby Yoga

Baby Yoga is targeted at babies from around 6-8 weeks (following their 6 week check) until they are at the pre walking stage. The sessions incorporate gentle stretches and yoga inspired movements for parents/carers to do with their baby, over clothes massage, breathing techniques and relaxation, sensory play, signing and singing.

** Please note if you are in your first 14-16 weeks of pregnancy you are unable to attend this class.

Maxi Yoga

Maxi yoga is targeted at children aged 2 years until their 5th birthday. Maxi yoga works with a child’s natural movements and development stages. It offers a wide range of movements through stories, songs and sensory play for the parents and child to do together.
